Choosing unusual baby names is a way to honor your baby’s uniqueness. But know where to draw the line!

We are already living in modern time, high technologies are within reach, educational degrees are offered in all universities, computerization in all aspects. But when it comes to naming a baby, traditional way always prevail. Once a mother delivers a baby, the traditional joy of parenthood begins with naming your baby. The name should express the specialness of the baby. Traditional parents or the grandparents choose names of religious or family significance. Others, go for the uniqueness name of their child, never mistaken from another. Looking for the right name for a baby should be decided by both parents, not just adopting it from a celebrities or from baby name booklet at the supermarket. You should name your baby in a most simplest way, may it be in traditional or the unusual way.
For example in a traditional way, if you are catholic, you may make use the name of the saint in which the birth date coinside, like Luke for St. Luke, in unusual way, like Rainbow, Spysyx, Muffin, it may sound good in the early years of childhood but when the child grows up it would be a factor of tolerance by using that name.

Using unusual baby names has led to some remarkable results, some of which are not appreciated by your child after a certain age. I will give you a unique example, a true story. In a small town in Mexico, one couple getting trouble over finding an unusual baby name that no other child would have in that small town. Because Mexicans are commonly Catholics they usually follow names from the saints or in family names. The couples first names are Domingo and Consuelo, because they want their baby has a unique name,  they got from  both their first names  CONDOM, a blend of their names Consuelo and Domingo. The baby was refused baptism until the parents find a good name for their child. The Catholic church are not advocating in itself. It’s hard to imagine how this unusual baby name can be accepted. The child might suffer inferiority when he has to attend school and functions.

I hope that my simple example makes the point. Searching for unusual baby names, cadence counts and the features of the baby. In that way you will find the perfect expression of what your child means to you. One that your child will love too.
